The case against the SuperSport presenter who has been accused of sexually assaulting a youth at a gym in Randburg, who has since been suspended, was postponed by the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court, The Times reported on Friday.
In order to allow the defence to make written representations to the Director of Public Prosecutions, Magistrate Simon Radasi postponed the case until January 2012.
The presenter, who cannot be named until he pleads, allegedly exposed himself to the 15-year-old boy in the changing rooms of a gym in Randburg in July this year.
